Bonnie L. Mohr, Attorney at Law

Family Law is a very difficult area of practice. Family law involves
families that are breaking apart or new "family" units created by the birth
of a child.

Where the parents can work together and focus on their child or children,
Family Court may not be necessary. Sometimes, once the Family Court
sets the parameters or the expectations of the parents, the parties are then
able to work together.

However, where parents require intervention, Family Court is a
necessity. And it may be a necessity often.

In the Family Court, Bonnie can help you with child support, child
custody, establishing paternity and vacating acknowledgements of
paternity.
